Katelyn and Warner the Fairy Best Friends {Fairy Sessions with Meg Boorman Photography}

I was so excited to have these two little best friends come for a session together. Every moment, especially the tea party, is more fun when you have a friend to join you. We headed all over the farm for these photos, starting in the wildflowers and ending near the most beautiful old tree. We had a lot of magical animal encounters during our session, a few slugs and snails, a mama deer and her two babies, and finally a little visit with Peanut the farm's new baby goat. But the highlight of the whole session for me was watching the girls enjoy their tea together, clinking cups and sharing cookies. Tea parties are made for best friends! I hope these two are still friends many years from now and can look back on these captured memories together.

Taylor the Fairy {Fairy Sessions with Meg Boorman Photography}

Her fairy session was the first time Taylor had done professional photos and she rocked it! We had a lot of fun in both the forest and field of wildflowers and I had a little bit of fun doing some "magical edits" to a few of her photos. It was so awesome to see her dad helping out fixing her crown and hair and he tells the best knock knock jokes to get some smiles! And then Taylor got to enjoy her tea party with her Grandmother which was so special.

My First Fairy Event {Meg Boorman Photography}

 Yesterday was my very first Fairy Event! It started off a little rough, with a message saying it was raining buckets at our location at Mary's Farm. After a stressful few hours of planning alternatives and doing a lot of hoping the rain stopped and the sun made more than a few appearances throughout the day.

I could not have been happier with the way the day turned out. All my little fairy visitors were full of smiles and personality and we all had so much fun, even when a few drops of rain fell. It was magical.

Here is a little sneak peek of my fairies from the day. Each fairy will get her own blog post shortly too!

This event could not have happened without some very talented friends, but one person in particular deserves my endless thanks. Thank you Tania for assisting me all day, dressing up like a fairy to serve tea and making every child's day when they met a "real" fairy!

Also a huge thank you to Sabrina from Vibe Hair for coming out and producing perfect fairy curls, and Dot who made the most delicious and beautiful cupcakes for me, and to Mary's Farm for being the perfect fairy location! I could not have pulled off this event without the talents of all these ladies!
